Try to shimmy along the rope with your hands
You start to inch across the last rope spanning the river. It’s very hard work, and your arms are starting to ache, but you’ve only got a little way left to go until you reach safety.
Suddenly the rope starts to swing and jerk around! You look up in alarm and you see a wicked looking ratfolk at the end of the broken bridge trying to saw through your rope with a butter knife! You shout at it to stop, but the ratfolk just giggles and starts to saw faster.
